Talk Health Partnership in association with the NHS (UK's National Health Service) featured a guest post out now from Sally Baker and Liz Hogon authors of 7 Simple Steps to Stop Emotional Eating. In the post they explained how emotional eaters attitude to food differs from non-emotional eaters.

Sally and Liz continue to explain how they work with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and PSTEC (Percussive Suggestion Technique) to end over thinking around food. To read the entire blog post follow this link http://www.talkhealthpartnership.com/blog/
