Talk Health Partnership in association with the NHS (UK's National Health Service) featured a guest post out now from Sally Baker and Liz Hogon authors of 7 Simple Steps to Stop Emotional Eating. In the post they explained how emotional eaters attitude to food differs from non-emotional eaters.
