Emotional Eaters think differently about food

talkhealth picTalk Health Partnership in association with the NHS (UK's National Health Service) featured a guest post out now from Sally Baker and Liz Hogon authors of 7 Simple Steps to Stop Emotional Eating. In the post they explained how emotional eaters attitude to food differs from non-emotional eaters.

For many emotional eaters the number on the scales represents how they feel about themselves with a pound lost, or a pound gained setting the tenor of their entire day.
